"Saint Anna" Hospital
We raised over $ 74,000 for our project in Vratsa and after its full completion there were some money left. We decided with the rest of the money to buy new equipment for the maternity ward of St. Anna Hospital in Varna.
About this project
Thanks to constant support, we raised more money than needed for the project in Vratsa. We decided to invest them in supporting the maternity ward of “St. Anna” hospital in Varna.
The hospital has about 420 beds and between 22 and 23 thousand patients pass through it annually. They are taken care of by highly qualified doctors and nurses.
The maternity ward was founded in 1909 as an obstetrics and gynecology ward. It has 27 beds for women in labor and 3 beds for pathological pregnancy.
